The teaching approach

A passion for playing, shared through teaching

I teach guitar because it is my passion, and I love helping people discover the enjoyment of making music. Whether you are picking up a guitar for the first time or returning to it after a break, lessons are shaped around what you want to play and where you want to go.

I specialise in classical guitar and can take students up to Grade 8, as well as fingerstyle acoustic guitar. I also teach chords and rhythm on acoustic guitar, alongside electric guitar, bass guitar and ukulele — always at a pace that helps you feel confident.

I am a multi-instrumentalist with a love of many musical styles. My arrangements and music have been featured in television productions, including AMC’s The Walking Dead.

My musical journey began with classical guitar and music theory studies at conservatories in Greece. I have been teaching music for over 17 years, am a full member of the Musicians’ Union, hold a safeguarding and child protection certificate, and have an enhanced DBS check.
